What an amazing rollercoaster month – and now we are introducing May!

Last month I was super lucky to attend the World Premiere of ‘Captain America:
Civil War’ at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood and After-Party at the Hotel Roosevelt.
A truly spectacular event for yet another amazing Marvel movie. I urge you all to see
the movie when it is released May 5th, but I wonder if you will be on #TeamCap with
me or #TeamIronMan!

Just recently I returned from a successful trip to the Dominican Republic with
Yanming Jiang, President of China Lion Films, Chinese producers; Lianne X. Hu,
Elizabeth Miao and American film producer Grant Cramer. We were scouting
some of the Dominican Republic’s more extraordinary locations for a new feature
film, and building the relationship between China, Hollywood and the Dominican
Republic film industry.

It was my pleasure to introduce them to the former-President of the Dominican
Republic Leonel Fernández, who created the Dominican Republic film law during his
presidential term. The former-President remains committed to international
and local filmmakers through the FUNGLODE Film Festival (pictured below).
